Local Orders
* Free delivery within Peninsula Malaysia for any purchase RM100 and above. Any purchase below RM100 is required to pay RM6 as delivery charge.
* Free delivery within Sabah & Sarawak for any purchase RM150 and above. Any purchase below RM150 is required to pay RM9 as delivery charge.
* Please use the Shipping Cost Calculator to calculate the delivery charges
* Delivery time - 2-3 working days for items to be sent out upon payment received. For Sabah & Sarawak, the delivery time will be 5-7 working days.
* Once you received the parcel, please open up the parcel immediately for checking and do not "sign and receive" if you found the product(s) is seriously damage or quantity of products are incorrect. Give us a call(012-3355547)/MSN/Email to report to us. We are sorry for not responsible for any damage or lost after you sign and received.
International Orders
* Shipping charges will be quoted together with the invoice. We will inform customer the shipping cost by Email/MSN before their order is made.
* Delivery time - We will advice the delivery time accordingly depends on your geographical location.
* Import duty and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
*For international order, the shipping bill and tracking number will be sent via Email to customer.
* Please take note that we are not responsible for shipping lost or any damage. Nevertheless, we would still deal with courier company for any possible lost/damages claim indemnity. Please allowed us to take a week to handling it.

运输须知
1. 只要购满RM100或以上就免西马邮资，收货时间大概2-3天；只要购满RM150或以上就免东马邮资，收货时间大概4-5天。
2. RM100/RM150以下， 请分别补贴RM6/RM9的邮资。注意：東马要等比西马多几天, 所以请东马的MM要多点耐心哦)。
3. 凡CityLink快递,我都留有挂号單收据，如超过1個星期沒收到货，要我提供单据證明的可以email我们索取。
4. 如果想买保险求个心安的请主动說明要保价的金額，我再帮你查看所需支付的保险费。
5. 若超过1個星期仍没收到或若显示包裹已有人签收，我会帮你到快递公司去查询处理。
6. 请注意，如果你家没人签收，大馬的郵差就会留给你你一張卡需要你到郵局去領包裹。
7. （国外订购）：由於跨国交易不易，所以我们不接受换货的，不过我们会谨慎检查货品才出货，海外有有兴趣的美眉可以让我知道你们所属的国家，我再让你知道外加的收费。
8. 签收包裹时，请记得当场检查商品，如果发现商品搞错了或有问题，数量不对，请拒绝签收，退还给快递，或者是立刻与店主电话联系。来回邮费我们是会负责的。 如果签收了包裹，没有在当天联系我们，日后给于的种种原因我们是不会接受的。我们的手机号码是0123355547。
9. 如果商品在运输的过程中有弄到一点肮脏或货品有点脱线或不够完美请美眉们体谅，我们是有检查过才送货的，美眉们也不要太挑剔，毕竟我们也不是卖你几百块一件的高档货品。
11. 请你们在收到包裹的时候先检查东西都是对的，不要把密封的包装打开来以后才跟我们说寄错了，要退还，很抱歉，我们将不负责。
12. 网购的确实有一定的风险，真的不能够接受以上我们所列出来的种种可能性的买家们，记得千万不要下单哦！只是希望我们买卖家双方需要保持一定的合作，了解。
